This advertisement is about a guy whose cable went out and became stressed. When he got stressed he felt like he needed to get away from his life at home and went somewhere exotic. While he was on vacation, he was bitten by something exotic, which caused his face to swell up and get sick. After his face swelled up, he was quarantined and was prevented from going back to the United States. Since he was not able to go home, he had to stay in the exotic place and become a local fisherman called big-fatty face to make a living. The advertisement then emphasizes and references back that this all would never had happened if he had just gotten rid of Cable and got Direct TV.
